My back is constantly spasming from bad posture, exercise, sleep patterns, etc, so I know how you feel. The worst is when I completely threw it out on the trampoline and landed in a funny way where I heard a crack, and it physically hurt to move, sit, stand, even breathe. I did a lot of Epsom salt baths, heat and ice therapy, NSAIDS, and very light stretching. Took me about a week and a half to be mobile again...
I know you will feel better soon!
