Hi All,
I mentioned here a few weeks ago that I started a pretty intense exercise regime-- about 4-6 days a week, depending. I do about 30-35 minutes of cardio, and about 15 minutes of weight training. I have an apple watch that allows me to watch my HR, and when I'm doing my cardio it hangs around 165-175. I was wondering if any of you know how long it should take for it to go down? I researched it and all I got was "It should drop 20 beats per minute as soon as you stop." This isn't the case for me? It goes down surely to about 100 bpm once I'm fully done and sitting in the car, and then is a little high 70's and 80's for maybe half an hour before it's back to its normal 67.
