After a head bump,.having a headache would be normal...

...as would anxiety, which is surely the reason for the stomach upset.

If you had a concussion, you would be vomiting...not just mildly nauseous.

Also you did not lose consciousness, and I am assuming your eyes are normal (same pupil dilation) and you clearly aren't confused or disoriented. (your post is comprehensible)

So, I agree with your husband that you are fine.:)

It is unlikely that you could hit your head with enough force to cause a concussion from what you describe.

I am sorry this happened. :( Not a fun way to start the day.:/

I sometimes ding myself with the hatchback door of my husband's car (Passat wagon) when I drive it.
