Feeling the same …when spring comes everybody feels better but for some reason not me. Newly taking ativan also and have some pharm-phobia about
that too. Taking Theanine up to 100mg per day and I think that helps, too. Going to try to get out for walk today and listen to positive talks on you tube!

I hate panic attacks. Sometimes doing some deep breathing when I first wake up helps calm my system down some... I hope it starts getting better for you!

Hi Cilly,
I am sorry you are having a difficult time currently. :( I know how challenging this can be.
I really rely on my positive mantras to keep my anxiety down, and my thoughts calm and rational.
You can use any reassuring statement that rings true for you. Here are a couple of my favorites.
"I am okay, this is just anxiety causing these feelings."
"I have been in this place before and made it through, and I can do so again."
Sending positive thoughts and prayers!
S.C.
