Well done it is always good to recognise accomplishments.

Went to the home furnishing store to buy some new stuff to hang on the walls. I felt proud because I felt anxiety creeping in, acknowledged it, then went about
my shopping. The anxiety never took hold and as I was driving home felt good realizing that back in late 2014 it would've escalated and then I would've been paralyzed by it.
:)
