Ate after 7pm lastnight, had a short burst of rapid heart beats,
I didn't check my pulse, seeing as I was freaking out. ):
I barely slept, and I'm exhausted today which is causing me to get PVCs, just had one that went "beat beat" but HARD right against my chest bones! Talk about a weird feeling...

I'm trying my coping skills the best I can...


I just needed to get it out...

Sorry you had a rough night...that is stretching into today.:(

At least you have a clear cause and effect (eating late, and losing sleep) to account for your current challenge...

...so you can work on avoiding this again in the future.

Great job on using your coping skills!

Omg I know how you feel. I had something like this a couple of weeks ago like s cluster of palps for about 15,30 sec it was not s regular heart beat then it went into sinus tachy and started to beat normal I've never had a cluster before very scary, look I'm still here so it's very annoying but we just have to cope. You will be ok if I get ram stressed or worry to much I get them like hard thumps they suck but you will be ok.

I called my primary drs, they suggested I call my cardiologist, so I go in for an appointment today at 2.

Okay, then I am assuming all went well...

...and the beta blocker is for calming the physical symptoms of the anxiety and helping to regulate your HR?

I hope the new Rx turns out to be just what you need in your management plan.:)

My EKG was, in her words, "pristine".
So yes, the BB will be to treat my symptoms.

Yes! I'm going to be calling my doctor and asking for another referral for therapy if it doesn't get any better.
