Hi All
This past month I have been slowly increasing my exercise regime and I am now walking 4 miles per day which takes me 1hr.
I have noticed a massive difference in my mood so can highly recommend it I have also found that my sleep has improved to which is great but not seen any improvement with anxiety.
When you exercise your body releases Serotonin which is the feel good chemical so I do feel that exercise is an important thing to do in regards of self help to help you gain recovery. I have also started to drink lots more water and now seeing the benefits of that as well.

I am so glad you are getting improvement with your mood.
I heard many times that exercise is a MUST for feeling better both physically and mentally.
Thanks for sharing, dear Hibee <3

That is absolutely awesome! Great job Hibee, last time I recovered I noticed my mood was elevated over time walking to work and after 6 months I was great again. Stopped exercise for a long long time and now relapsed. But as you have been posing on mine you know. Thank you for being so kind and supportive on my posts. Hope you will feel 100 soon

Now that the weather is improving I am also starting to walk.. I walk 3 miles. I do notice that I am more relaxed after and I also sleep better.
I think this also helps my health anxiety because my body feels so much better after the walk... no pounding heart, no dizziness...
So hopefully I can do it as often as you do!
