I am sorry to hear of your recent worries...I understand how that feels as I too have dealt with health related anxiety issues!
Are you currently working with a therapist specifically for this? If not, I do recommend it as something to consider!
Also, as Hibee mentioned, there is great self help for health anxiety (links and book recommendations) in our Resources here! If you commit to working the suggested coping skills daily...it will make a difference!
Keep talking with us as well. Support is key...and with many of us here dealing with the same challenge...you'll find much encouragement anytime you post.:)
