I am sorry to hear about your sleep issues.:( I agree with Hibee's advice, and do encourage you to practice coping skills such as meditation and Progressive Muscle Relaxation before bedtime each night.
Binaural Beats (sound wave therapy) also have a sedative effect on the brain waves, helping many to fall and stay asleep.
You can find options as apps, or stream off of youtube (there are many options, be sure to use the ones for sleep/deep relaxation)
