What to do with anxiety of being alone though.

I am not sure why though lately I have been feeling anxious when I am alone though. When no one is with me then I feel pretty anxious ya. I don't like having that feeling though. Does anyone know how I can get rid of the anxiety of being alone though. Any advice would be cool. Thanks.

I've been noticing that happening to me as well. The best way I've been dealing with it is by having someone (or several people in my phone on standby) to call and talk to to get my mind off the thought of being alone. I have dogs, they're good companions, but unfortunately they can't talk back and hold a conversation with me ;)
