I was laying in bed this morning at about 545am,
went to open up my window forgetting I had locked it, after I pressed up to open it,
my elbow started hurting, then it went down my arm a little, and then the rest of my arm started hurting a bit, and then my left shoulder blade also.
So of course, me being me, I instantly thought of the pain you get with a heart attack.
I sent myself in to a complete panic, started sweating and my heart started beating a little harder than it was to begin with ( stomach is bothering me, so it sadly happens when it does. )
I managed to lay down on my heating pad, and do some deep breathing exercises, and tell myself " in with the good, out with the bad. I'm allowed to feel pain"
Will I ever be able to get neck, shoulder, arm pain without thinking its my heart?
My collar bone aches now, and my elbow, but im kind of use to that.
its the elbow pain that was "radiating" to my shoulder and downwards a bit that had me worried.
