I am sorry to hear of this issue and how it is affecting you.:( I understand, as I experienced the same thing when I was younger.
Emotional/anxiety flushing is not unusual, and happens when one is upset, nervous, anxious ect...
I eventually grew out of this issue, but remember it being an embarrassing issue at the time, since I was young, and fair...and it was so obvious!
I also wore high necked shirts and used scarves when possible...
...but I am a dancer, so auditions and performances were rough of course! (hard to hide much in a leotard!)
I think your best chance of dealing with this issue is to treat the anxiety with self help.
Lowering your overall stress levels will help to reduce your symptoms.
