1. Are relapse anxiety symptoms like let's just say 5 years later, does it usually last longer or shorter the 2nd or 3rd time to feel free from anxiety again? I am feeling that I am recovering quicker than last time?
Has anyone had a quick recovery ? If so how long

Ok so whenever I'm in a situation, I start to get non stop head rushes that make me squint because they are so bad almost like when you work out too hard and get lightheaded. Then I feel like I have to grab onto something and I get pulled in the direction that feels most "comfortable" to me. Legs feel wobbly and the only way to stop it is to run. Also I find it hard to think almost impossible when this happens. Like today: walking in middle of wide sidewalk started having anxious thoughts.. Accepted it and started to switch my mind on something else...head rushes begin. I start to squint look around me and grabbing my head to cover my vision a little to ease symptom. I start to lean to the left and once I'm on the grass I feel safe again. So I walked in the middle again to try to ride out the panic but retrieved to grass 2 minutes later because it was very bothersome..
Anyways, I was scared before a lot, but I remembered I used to get it all the time when I was 16/17 going through the same thing and recently calmed down about it. I guess that's the first step.
