Just reading through your post...it's not hard to see how an anxiety setback could be triggered!
You had a busy weekend...and really pushed through lots of household chores...
...only to have a restless night...and then have to get up and face the start of the week at work...phew!
...and yes, of course you are still processing your grief, and will for some time. Your sister was so dear to you...and to lose her was devastating.
Try your best to be kind and patient with yourself and this process of recovery and healing.
Spend some quality time with your coping skills and rest! The chores can wait. ;)
