Yea I have noticed that is my only time I have issues is during work. Maybe added stress and brighter lights are also add ins as I have had floaters for as long as I can remember.

Yes, fluorescent lighting can be a trigger for anxiety sufferers (used to bother me a lot!)
...and of course if you are on your computer for long periods of time...this will cause eye strain.
Try to take as regular of breaks as you can...getting outside for some walks if possible. :)
