So quite recently I started having panic attacks with no real trigger, but I didn't realise they were panic attacks at the time. All I knew was that sometimes I found it really difficult to breathe and afterwards I was so weak and in pain that I couldn't walk. This was happening up to ten times a day, lasting several minutes for about two months, and they're only just starting to slow down (I haven't had one in around a month now, I think)... I can't think of any real reason for me to be having these attacks, and I have no idea how to deal with them. Advice?
