hey everyone. good news and bad news. over all I think I am doing better. I havent been having dailey panic attacks, and stopped checking for health symptoms as much. with this being said I have a lingering annoyance, even when im not anxious, and calm I am swaying as I sit. being that I am over sensitive this feels like the end of the world (I know its not..or at least tell myself im ok) does anyone get this with anxiety and panic, if so how do you manage it. I do breathing, I use copeing skills. but anything specific for anxiety related dizzyness? I feel like I am recovering from all the flared up panic I was having but this is keeping the loop going, the dizzyness makes my frustrated and stressed out because I will be not panicked, and a-ok doing something fun and I get dizzy and shaky as hell.
