Hello everyone,
It's been a while since I posted here and it's mainly because, I have been busy and feeling better, I kind of feel guilty because, I can help others here that are going through the same as me. I started to feel a bit more anxious for a couple of days after being good for a while
Mainly it's the tiredness and muscle pain than has been feeding my anxiety also my negative selfeedback talk has kicked in again. What should I try to help me ease these symptoms?
