Eeeesh...how frustrating!
Well, if you have done all you can from a professional angle...then it may be a matter of simply changing your reaction, and not allowing it to affect you.
This will take some practice...but using mantras will help.
Repeating things like:
"This person is of weak character and should be pitied."
"I only have to deal with this occasionally, they have to live with their miserable selves everyday."
"I will not allow this person to live rent free in my head."
...and then clear your mind of them! Try not to keep rehashing it over in your thoughts.
...easier said than done, I know.:/
