Head Spinning for 5-10 Sec

Deal All ,

I am 40 years old male , sometime during working in office my head get spinning and i see unsteady images and my body feel lightness , , , i feel that i will fell down or so ,,,,this happen in every 3 months . I feel that when ever i used to do many things at a time or tried to do more things altogether this happens ,
Some time back i had Vertigo also , and it last for a month or so ,,, I am having anxiety nature ,,,

Please suggest either this is Vertigo / Dizziness / Hypogycemia / ?????

I am taking medicin for BP , Homosystern , Thyroid

I am sorry you are experiencing this unpleasant dizziness. I know how concerning this can be.

Anxiety could certainly be the culprit. Improper breathing, even tension can cause this symptom...

...however, it is also important to rule out any physical causes. The ones mentioned in your post, vertigo and hypoglycemia should be considered...as well as your blood pressure Rx. This should be evaluated to make sure it is not dropping you too low.

Once you have eliminated any physical reason for the dizziness, then you can safely assume this is an anxiety issue, and work to treat it as such.
