Starting Prozac Today

After a few months of staring at the bottle, i decided that i owe it to myself to give it a shot. I was on it in college and it helped, so here is to hoping that it helps this time around as well.

Also starting in CBT on thursday.

I'm still pretty convinced that there's something else wrong (right now it's ALS), but I'm trying to tell my brain, "hey, what if there ISNT? and you are wasting all this time?"

So, here goes.

With time and effort, I do believe that your Rx and therapy are going to bring relief, and make a great treatment plan for you.

Great job on using the positive thoughts as well...great use of your tools!

I hope the Prozac works well for you I am currently taking Prozac and have found it to be a really good medication.
