Well I am trying to figure out my physical sensations. I am sure this is anxiety, but it just goes on and on, tingling in my head, numbness in my limbs, super sensitive to any change in temperature, light, wind, clothing textures, I can figure out why this goes on all day. Having an isolated panic attack is one thing, but why am I dealing with these other symptoms all day? Is that just the anxiety level I am at? I do escalate to full out panic, but never seem to get complete relief. I'm exhausted, sleeping a lot, would love to wake up and feel free and be able to join and enjoy the wonderful people in my life, but I keep ending up back in bed completely exhausted! Anyways, sorry for the long vent. Is this normal? As always looking for reassurance as still I see no logic in this, and that scares me
