Last 5 days I have had a bad tense feeling in my heart. Today I had a part panic attack and tonight a little bit too. On Zoloft 50mg for 3 months now I don't want to up my dose what do I do? Am I going to relapse back into hell???? Help me :(
I hope everyone here is doing good though!

Hi Dog,
I am sorry you have hit a rough spot.:(
We're you feeling better previous to this latest setback? This could just be some breakthrough anxiety that is temporary.
Have you called your prescribing doctor? When is your next evaluation?
Try your best with your coping skills for now and see if it passes. If not, you may need to talk to your dr. about
a game plan.
I am sending thoughts and prayers that this is just a short detour...

Hey Kid, not too long ago you would have had a panic attack, now you have some resistance, give
yourself a pat on the back, your better, stronger, and all this crap will pass, Peace
