I've been going through another rough patch lately. 28 years old. I know I have a terrible diet although not overweight or anything. I eat an extreme amount of fatty foods because I'm always on the go. (I know it's no excuse). I'm high stress/anxiety. I've gone to the doctor for an irregular heart beat a couple months ago. (It had stopped beating weird by the time she saw me). She thought it was anxiety, ordered a 48 hour Holter. Came back normal. During that time of the Holter, I did feel normal though. Since them I've had some small chest pains and what feels like a lot of missed heart beats.
The last couple weeks have been extra stressful and I've had tons of missed beats and I've been extremely drained. It's almost painful to get out of bed after a long sleep. Today I feel very spaced out, somewhat dizzy, exhausted, very nervous feeling and fluttering in my chest.
Should I go get checked oit again?? Or is it just anxiety??
Im always concerned that I may have blockages or something because of how bad my diet is.
Could I really trust a simple 48hr Holter monitor to detect a heart problem?
Please help me out here...
