Everyone is different...
....some people have a BGL rise when stressed...
...while still others can have a drop.
I recommend continuing to seek a medical reason for your low numbers and symptoms....
But also considering treating this along with the anxiety...with stress management, proper nutrition...ect.
(eating a diet including complex carbs, veggies/fruits, lean protein, ect will keep you fueled, and avoid spikes/crashes.
