Yes, we are prone to the power of negative suggestion for sure...
...but the opposite can also be true! We have to work harder to be influenced by positive thoughts...
...but it is proven that using reassuring affirmations/mantras counteracts anxiety.
So for every fear/symptom...we need to speak those positive messages to ourselves in order to neutralize them...it takes practice, but will become more second nature with time.:)
