I've been doing better with my anxiety since my last few posts. I still have worry / OCD thoughts but managing. As an example today I turned my head to check before switching lanes and had pain / discomfort in my neck, immediately I started worrying I damaged an artery. However I'm not letting it manifest to full blown panic. I guess it kind of sounds silly.
