I am sorry you are feeling unwell. :( I know how miserable those symptoms are.
It sounds like you are either experiencing acute anxiety, or perhaps coming down with a virus...
...but neither of those things are anything as bad or scary as you are probably imagining. Anxiety has a way of leading to catastrophic thinking, that just increases our symptoms...creating a vicious cycle.
With some coping skills (relaxation exercises and positive mantras) you'll hopefully be feeling better soon.
