Not everyone reacts the same way with anxiety/depression. ..
I did not fit the mold in either one myself.
However, from what you describe, it does sound like you are dealing with both issues.
The good news is that you can do a lot to help yourself feel better.:) In addition to using self help techniques...
...getting out and being among friends...and seeking to make new connections, and explore new interests will help to balance your moods.
checking out classes at your local community center, or looking for volunteer opportunities. ..even join a social group like 'Events and 'Adventures could be something you might consider.
