Hey folks, new to this so here goes, about
3 months ago I noticed I started to get these weird sensations in my head. It's almost like I the upper frontal part, u know that high pitched noise millions of us hear constantly? Like when the telly gets turned on and u can hear that noise? Well it's like that but amplified, along with pressure, feeling of loss of balance in my head and it happens within a split second. It happens say 6-9 times a minute and seems to be worse and more frequent if I'm standing up, or out with the dog.
My missus had looked up my symptoms and found that listening to my loud music through headphones can cause this and so stopped using them altogether, but I am still getting this 3 months on. I had spoken to a doctor who had suggested it my be labyrinthtitis but there was no treatment, although I don't feel nauseous it just makes me feel weird and a bit unsteady. I wondered if instead of having an inflamed labyrinth could it actually be damaged? There are other things I have noticed recently but am unsure if they are even related, I struggle to get words out properly, I said to my missus yesterday that when I say certain types of words it kinda feels like trying to talk when really drunk and u struggle to get it out.
I also suffer from severe anxiety but I don't think this is linked to anxiety like so many places suggest as it happens when I'm not anxious/nervous/panicking, quite the opposite in fact, but my anxiety issues are for another time. I need some severe CBT for that.
I forgot to add that for years I had suffered from cluster headaches frequently and the pain would have the tears streaming but since I stopped smoking and drinking they have drastically reduced almost to the point where they are completely gone!
