OK heres the deal. I woke up yesterday and my RIGHT HAND and my LEFT FOOT hurt exactly the same. It felt like i had sprained my foot (but i didn't). The pain completely left by 4:00PM. Right now my RIGHT FOOT and my LEFT HAND HURT. I am under stress right now and i have never felt this pain before. Its just so weird the way that they both hurt the same and now they switched sides.

It does sound like anxiety. Try to relax and see if it helps out a little bit. I get random aches and pains when my anxiety spikes. Right now my right arm is tingling and I know that it is from my anxiety. So I just try to relax and tell myself that it is okay. Anxiety will do so many strange things to our bodies. I am sorry that this is happening to you. I hope that you feel better soon.

Pains are usually nerve related, and if it goes away after awhile, then yes it's rarely anything serious. Don't worry, and if you are worrying, a visit to the doctor might help to reassure yourself.
