I have had globus from anxiety...no fun! :/
I drank a lot of liquids...both cold and hot, depending on what felt best at the time...
...and I also gently massaged the throat area, and let my head hang back, and my mouth open...to encourage the muscles there to relax.
...and of course anxiety coping skills.
It went away with time.
