I am so sorry to hear of your panic, auditory hallucinations and fears you are currently suffering.:( I know how scary and confusing panic attacks are, so know you are understood here.
Have you talked to your parents, school counselor, or doctor (whichever is most appropriate) yet? This would be a good first step in getting the help that you need.
Medication and/or therapy are the usual treatments to explore. Self help is another great addition to any anxiety management regimen...so see our Resources at the top of the main forum page here for great ideas. Practicing these daily will make a big difference in how you feel.
...but yes for help with the depersonalization, panic, auditory issues and feeling of 'going crazy'...you'll need help from a medical professional, in order to feel your best as soon as possible...so get that help for yourself!
