First of all...sorry the text on my response to you was quite confusing...the speech to text feature of my phone sometimes inserts things in the wrong place...and I was not editing carefully enough! :/ (I fixed it now!)
Anyway...
Since anxiety tends to come and go, but be chronic...it can come back years later...as it seems to have done now. You have a trigger and a pattern...
...but this doesn't mean that you will have the anxiety hanging around...because you can learn the tools to manage it, and help it to pass quicker than in previous times.
Keep up the good work with using your music, distraction, socializing...
