Did you call your doctor...or if not, and you can't get in contact due to the weekend...a call into your pharmacist could give you some reassurance and answers.
Zoloft does not carry a black box warning...so a rash isn't something that is considered an emergency...and skin rash is listed as a common side effect for this Rx. Still, it is something to get checked out with a medical professional nonetheless to rule out allergy/intolerance.
