Hey guys, first time posting here, and I think I just figured out what this is all about but I wanted to know if anyone else has felt like this because of anxiety?
For the past week or two I've been getting this weird sensation in my head. I got into the habit of shaking my head or nodding quickly and it seems to relieve it a little, but never for long--it's almost constant. The best way I can describe it (and I also believe this is my answer right here) is the feeling you get when you nearly fall or trip over something, that moment of panic you get through your body? Only it's centralized just in my head. It doesn't hurt, and it's not exactly a pressure headache, it's just constant waves of that almost-tripped feeling. No dizziness or anything else. Just the bodily sensation of fear.
I've got a history of health anxiety so of course I've been dwelling on this and worried it's something really wrong with my brain for the past two weeks. But I'm moving pretty far away from my current location right now to start a new job, so I know stress is weighing on me on top of having just had my period, so I'm sure it's everything just hitting at once and taking a toll.
But I did want to know if anyone's felt this in their head before. It's nothing I've felt before (normal headaches and pressure headaches I'm used to) so got a bit freaked out for a while there. Anyone else get things like this from anxiety/stress?
