feel very high like aem air over me as I was ready to go for grocery done today.I managed to scan my blood pressure it came. High.l what wrong I wonder..

Hi Cilly,

Have you had BP issues before? If this is an ongoing issue, are you being treated/have you had your meds evaluated lately?

If not, then making an appointment with your doctor for a check would be a good step.(the machines at the grocery/drugstore are not always calibrated correctly.)

Dear S.C ,I don't have health insurance ,I checked my blood pressures today .It was normal.

Out of no where I started to feel very very hot.I got scared and thought I was having heart attack or panic attack .

I have never experienced it before .

I think it was heat stroke as my lips and face has peeling and sunburn.
I was in hot sun for 15 min but had sunscreen on ,nothing on lips though.

I never had any BP issues in past.

I feel like this dread I have never felt before.

I was confused.
Maybe high Blood sugars.

I need to see doc soon.I might have my heart checked out.

Cilly, i sometimes have this flush in my face and on my back, then heart palps, i have always blamed
adrenalin, it does go away, i just sit down and wait, Peace

Good to hear that your numbers were back to normal today.:) fluctuation is normal with BP...

...just keep an eye on it to make sure your average range is healthy...and see your doctor when you can. (I know it's hard w/o coverage!)

Use your relaxation/meditation coping skills and exercise to keep BP at optimal levels.:) You'll be fine!
