Morning Folks

How's your week been? Check in if you have the time.

My appointment with my pdoc went well he wants me to stop the Mirtazapine and replace it with Olanzapine. He also came up with 4 other options if this option does not work.

I have not started the change yet as waiting for my pdoc to write to my GP.

Had a weekend of vacation at the lake. Some mild anxiety, but nothing I can't handle. Things have been pretty stable for me lately. Hope your med switch goes easy and works well for you.

Made a decision to stop taking my Cipralex after 10 days. Started reading Feeling Good by Dr. Burns and I can relate to everything I've read so far.
I think I'm going to try this CBT approach instead of the med's right now.

Strange weird feeling yesterday,today was depressive.

Having concerns about high BP.

Don't want another pill to eat.
