Discomfort behind the eyes ... cant sleep

Hey everyone , hope your all doing well .

I'm freaking out right now , for the past couple of days my eyes balls have been in slight discomfort , its not pain .. but discomfort . And its around the top of the eye and behind ...... I can't even fall asleep properly because theres some discomfort when I keep my eyes shut ..... and discomfort when I look at a computer screen .

This feeling has been going on for over a week .... but it was kinda on and off for the past few months .... I'm really really worried it could be something serious . My eyes are just hurting , I tried the coping skills but man its difficult , I was doing well and now I have anxiety attacks again .

Has anyone experienced anything similar ?

My first thought was sinus problems, but how long since you had a check up, blood work, do you spend
a lot of time on the computer, mine will sure mess my eyes up, not exactly like yours but some pressure
type feelings.
I do know that the area you are describing has some small sinus cavities so maybe try some decongestant
people like us tend to over think things that others dont even dwell on, its just the way we are, Peace

I know its bad but I spent alot of time infront of a computer .... I dont have much of a life unfortunately so really the only thing I got .

I had a horrible panic attack just a few mins ago after writting this post . Felt like I was gona puke , my whole body was frozen cold and shaking ...... the part that scared me the most was my eyes hurting and me feeling like I have to puke ... its very scary thought ....... but then again I did eat some garbage food today so prob thats why I feel like I need to puke .

I was doing soo well but this eye discomfort Im feeling is really freaking me out .... is has to be alot more to it Im scared .

Sorry to hear you are experiencing these symptoms it could be anxiety related.

When was the last time you had your eyes tested? It maybe that you just need a pair of glasses I would make an appointment with your optician.

My eyes feel weird like that at times if I've been sleeping too much or at weird times. How's your sleep schedule been?
