Just anxious about many little things today

My headphones broke and I spend so much time listening to things on the internet. Tomorrow I will go buy new ones but I am worried they won't have the right ones.

I am very anxious about driving. This seems to be new as I have driven for years without problems. I just find myself being anxious about future events, like having to go on the freeway to my dentist appointment on Monday.

So I'm just your basic mess with anxiety today.

I am sending you positive encouragement regarding getting just the right replacement headphones that you are comfortable with.

I also send wishes for confidence while driving. Use your positive/Reassuring Mantras, and know you have the ability to do all that you need to do.

Envision nothing but a successful trip to get to your appointment. ..because it will be fine! :)
