Lowering my dose of Lexapro

So this is the week I lower my dose of Lexapro from 30mg down to 20mg. Over the last 2 weeks I've added 20mg of Buspar in an effort to reduce my Lexapro.

I'm curious if I should expect any kind of withdrawal effect from dropping from 30 to 20?
Anybody else drop their Lexapro dose by 10mg?

I don't have personal experience, so I can't say for sure...but from what I understand, you shouldn't have any problems with the step down...you're not completely discontinuing at this point, which is a more crucial adjustment.

Hi

You should be fine dropping from 30 to 20mg especially as you have added Buspar.
