Hi Saraj...great question!!
For me, exercise is key. It is proven effective in help with managing anxiety! I exercise, almost everyday, with my work (I am a dance teacher) as well as staying active in general through my lifestyle.
I also am a firm believer in laughter as amazing medicine...so watching/listening to comedy is a part of my daily routine.
I am looking forward to hear what others write...and I think you'll gain some great ideas through this thread...
...and hopefully be able to make a plan of coping skills that works for you. :)
