"I ended up in hospital Saturday with chest pains and had ecg done had bloods taken including one for clot and had chest X-ray all came back fine but I'm here this morning with pain in my right rib area and having pain in my right arm and thinking arm pain is heart problems even though doctors in hospital have told me I have no underlying heart problems but Dr google says that with women right arm pain is heart attack symptom so I'm terrified."
For many years, I had chest pain, went to several heart doctors, had several EKG's, one hospital visit, one dye test inside my thigh.
No problems found. My wife passed away from a long illness. So did the chest pain. We had very serious marital problems, but because of a child and buying a house together, we found it difficult to get out of that. Neither one of us wanted to give up the benefits of the marriage, even though the costs were very high.
The marriage problems had been going on so long, 29 years, I did not connect the chest pain with the stressful marriage. So I know what chest pain and stress is.
If you're not getting out, as with volunteer work at a hospital or walking dogs at a dog pound or visiting at a senior citizens home, you may be forcing yourself to focus on your own problems, rather than looking out and helping someone else with their problems.
