I have way too much phlegm / mucus in the back of my throat. It feels like I can't take a normal breathe. I clear my throat, do Neil-Med sinus rinse, dymista and claritan. Very rarely I can cough it up and when I can it's very thick white. Nothing seems to work to clear it up. ENT scoped my sinus in office a couple times and all he sees is a lot of mucus. CT scan showed occlusion. I have been on 15 medications...some sprays and some pills. My primary thinks I'm crazy so he gave me drugs to relax me which I didn't fill cause I not crazy. In January 2016 I had the mini-whipple ( for pre-cancerous of the pancreas) and is was successful. I will be on Creon and pantaprozole for the rest of my life.
I really need the mucus to go away. Any suggestions?
Thanks, Susan
