I am sorry that this worry has popped up for you recently. It does seem that anxiety always have something for us to be concerned about doesn't it?
I think that unless you are unable to keep the saliva contained...as in outright drooling...that you can probably chalk this up to an anxiety trick. Often we notice some little change in our system, and become focused on it due to worry...
Working on some health anxiety self help should help you get back on track...and will see this concern fading from your mind. If not, checking in with your doctor is always an option...
