I think in general...a balanced healthy diet is best.
Conversely, not going into "none of this, and only that" thinking is important.
IOW, some would say, "You should never eat this!", ect...
...and I think it's more to the point to remember to be moderate and seek to simply make healthy choices for you...and what makes you feel best.:)
Plenty of fresh fruits/vegetables, whole grains, lean protein and dairy...
...and watching/limiting sugar, caffeine and processed food intake is a good guideline. :)
