Hi Folks
Hope you are all having a good day.
I just found this web site with some good information on it so thought I would give you the link.

Thanks for that. Since I have had anxiety for a long time, I have spent a lot of time thinking about
trying medicine or not.
Since taking this beta blocker for my high bp I have more to think about
. I liked the way it felt to basicly hold back the adrenaline and even when my anxiety was kicked up I could still go back to sleep after I got used to it after the initial insomnia. I can see how that would help with anxiety. I want off the beta blocker for other reasons and now that brings up the ordeal of weaning back off meds and that is not a bunch of fun. I spent last night with adrenaline switched on and could not sleep at all.
