So a monster panic attack got to me, and it was horrible, I felt so scared I would die or something, and after all, I keep thinking myself what's the best approach for this?, what's the best thing to do?, because the bad thing is, that we all want to live but the fear and anxiety makes us feel restrained, and is also a lot of crap when people tells you that it's just a set of mind, instead of realizing that is something that really makes your life harder, that's what I want to know what one should do to say, and make a change in life for good.
