Has any one tried using this? Wondering if it's effective.
Thanks in advance.

LBTM,
SJW is a more effective supplement for depression/mood than anxiety or panic.
That is not to say that it wouldn't be helpful for someone with anxiety...it just depends on the individual need/indication.
It does take a few weeks to build up in the body...
...and can have some interactions with certain A/D's and other Rx's...so checking with your doctor/pharmacist is always wise before considering this in your regimen.
Peace an progress,
S.C.

My friend used it some years ago in her 40,s it worked ok for her for depression... however it interacted with her birth control pill.
She became pregnant at 46 which was a shock for her, she had not mentioned it to her GP.
So always wise to check as SC says.
Good Luck

SJW works well on depression and not so well on anxiety.
It important not to mix it with any other medications before checking with your pharmacist for possible interactions .
