I left this up last night because I had to go to bed and didn't get a chance to read it except for the breathing part. I finished it this morning. Anyway when I woke up I started having anxious racing thoughts so I thought of the breathing and did that. It helped redirect some of the anxiousness enough that I am up and functioning for now. Good advice in there!
